A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling; otherwise, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment, and the full service may not be possible. Retention varies per guest depending on lifestyle, aftercare, and natural lash type. While every effort is made to achieve optimal longevity, exact duration cannot be guaranteed, and proper aftercare is essential in maintaining results.
